Goose Creek’s 30th annual Fabulous Fourth celebration will take place on Independence Day behind the Marguerite H. Brown Municipal Center located at 519 N. Goose Creek Boulevard.
The free event begins at 6:30 p.m. and ends after the grand finale fireworks display, provided by Zambelli Fireworks. The fireworks begin around 9:30 p.m.
The Charleston-based Andy Masker Band will perform a wide range of music to please festival goers of all ages. There will be a variety of food vendors, as well as a free children’s activity area. Activities include a climbing wall, games, crafts, and a patriotic tattoo station.
Fabulous Fourth in the Creek is sponsored by Palmetto Kids Dentistry, Goose Creek Heating and Air, and Mevers School of Excellence.
Due to limited parking, festival goers are encouraged to arrive early and carpool.

The Town of Moncks Corner’s annual 4th of July Street Dance & Fireworks takes place on June 29 at the Regional Recreation Complex.
Featuring live music, jump castles, and 18 food vendors, this event is fun for the whole family. Admission is free, but be sure to bring cash for the food and craft vendors. Bring chairs or blankets for seating and don’t forget your dancing shoes for the street dance that begins at 6 p.m. on the event field at the Complex.
Families can look forward to bungee jumping on a trampoline provided by Charleston Jump Castles, free face painting, jump castles, and live music.
Join the Town of Summerville at Gahagan Park on Thursday, July 4 for the 2019 Fireworks and Freedom Fest. The free family-friendly event features live music, food, cold drinks, and fireworks.
Thirteen food vendors will serve food starting at 5:30 p.m. The band, Soul Fish, is set to perform and Carolina Ale House will have a beer tent set up.
Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs, blankets, umbrellas, and water. Large coolers are not permitted nor are pets, tents or personal fireworks.
Onsite parking at Gahagan Park is extremely limited. Handicapped parking will be available directly next to the event in the front lot located off of W. Boundary St. Additional parking is also available in the rear football field (enter from front of Gahagan Park, exit onto Butler St.) and the open field behind Plantation Playground (enter from and exit onto W. Boundary St.). Parking is not permitted along Butler St. or W. Boundary St.
Attendees are encouraged to carpool to the event or park offsite and ride the shuttles provided.
Offsite parking and shuttles will be available at each of the locations listed below. Shuttles will run constant loops between offsite parking locations and Gahagan Park starting at 5 p.m. and continuing through 10 p.m.

A free concert will take place on Friday, July 5 in Hutchinson Square.
The Slideshow Americans will be playing from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. The concert is part of a new series in partnership with Nexton.
