The Southern Drag Racing Association will hold its 28th annual car show from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. March 10 at the Texas Road House/ K-Mart parking lot at 8571 Rivers Avenue in North Charleston.
This fun-filled day offers something for the entire family. Event sponsors have lined up professionally built and maintained racecars, junior dragsters, street rods, imports cars and motorcycles for auto enthusiasts to check out. There will also be music, vendors and drawings for valuable prizes.
Admission to the car show is free and all proceeds will be donated to Camp Happy Days, a non-profit organization that helps kids with cancer. March 11 has been set as a rain date.
A preview is scheduled from 7-10 p.m. March 9 at Hooters Restaurant across from Northwoods Mall.
