Mount Pleasant Mayor Linda Page will swear in two new councilman Monday morning at 8 a.m. The swearing in will take place in Building A where committee meetings are traditionally held. Jim Owens and will Haynie will take the oath of office just before committee meetings begin at 8:15 a.m.
