The Carolina Pit Masters is teaming with the Omar Shrine and the Summerville Miracle League to bring a professional barbecue cooking school to the South Carolina Lowcountry.
Whether you cook for family and friends or cook competitively, the Carolina Pit Masters Barbecue Cooking School can help you “step up” your skills. Sign up to attend the school being held in Summerville on March 8-9, 2013.
Led by instructors the school provides the opportunity to learn the art of preparing southern barbecue while raising money for worthy causes. This two-day event is the longest running school in the state and the only school of its kind.
Call Jack Waiboer at (843) 270-8430, email Carolinapitmasters@gmail.com, or visit www.carolinapitmasters.com for information and to enroll today.
