Thank You
The family of George Wigfall wishes to thank all the churches and people who came, brought food, monetary gifts, cards, prayers, and for everything done for the Wigfall family. It certainly made us feel special and that we have touched the lives of so many people. Thank you again. From Mom and the Children.
Mountain Vacation
Helen and Carroll Cash recently enjoyed a fall vacation at Alpine Village near Burnsville, N.C.
Connie and O’Dell Shuler also enjoyed the fall colors of the mountains when they visited Roberta and J.C. Hinson in Waynesville, N.C. Francis Huntley is much better and was able to enjoy a trip to Greenville to visit with some of her family.
William and Joyce Hutto joined Celeste and Ellison Singletary for a long weekend in the mountains. The weather was lovely, and the colors of nature were magnificent although the leaves were falling quickly.
A change of locations is always nice, and it usually makes one appreciate home more.
The Fair
Many around the Lowcountry enjoyed the Coastal Carolina Fair last week. It was a great time for visiting with folks from Holly Hill, St. Stephen, Cross, Moncks Corner, and surrounding areas while watching the youngsters ride the many rides.
The Cat Spectacular Show was topnotch entertainment for all ages as was the Hypnotist Show. If you weren’t able to attend this year, plan to attend next time.
