The 17th Annual Kids’ Day is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. Monday, Aug. 25, at Cross High School in Cross.
The event benefits hundreds of children and their families in eight rural communities. It features games, prizes, food, vendors, exhibits and more.
This year’s event will be held at the dismissal of students during a regular school day and just prior to the annual Open House. The first day of school is Aug. 19.
The Open House will be held from 6-8 p.m.
Organizations are encouraged to set up exhibits for children and parents. Participation is free.
Donations are encouraged.
