Clemson Extension asks for recipes

  • Sunday, July 13, 2014

Calling all former and current Clemson Extension volunteers, 4-H members (past and present), farmers, EFNEP clients, and Extension employees: Berkeley County Clemson Extension Service needs your recipes.

In honor of the 100-Year Anniversary of the Cooperative Extension Service, the Clemson Extension Service of Berkeley County is developing a digital cookbook. The cookbook will be designed so that it can be utilized cost-free to our community.

Salads, appetizers, soups, main courses, desserts your best recipes and Extension experience stories are wanted. You may submit recipes in person by coming to the Berkeley County Office, via mail, or email.

With your submission please include: your name, email/mailing address, phone number and your connection to the Extension program (ex: former 4-H member, farmer, Extension employee); and a recipe (please include ingredients and directions).

Mail to: Berkeley County Clemson Extension Service, 3014 Cypress Gardens Road, Moncks Corner, SC 29461.
