Mrs. Bernice Lee Singleton celebrated her 80th birthday surrounded by her siblings, children, grandchildren, sons and daughters-in-law, along with numerous relatives, church members and friends on June 7 in the beautifully decorated Day Dan Baptist Church Hall.

The birthday theme, “A family that Prays together, stays together,” was definitely on target for this woman of faith and godly service.

Following her entrance, as she was escorted by Mr. Jonathan Judge, and seating, she was serenaded with a song of faith by Diamond Davis. This was followed with a warm welcome b Samone Lloyd, and Prayer by the Rev. Joshua Prioleau, her Pastor and church host.

Additional songs and reflections were provided and everything was accentuated with a special performance in song, by her grandchildren.
