St. Stephen IGA presents scholarship

Photo Provided Christine Brown presents the St. Stephen IGA Annual Scholarship to THS student Bernard Harmon.

Christine Brown presented the first St. Stephen IGA Annual Scholarship on May 29 to Bernard Harmon from Timberland High School.

He received a check for $1,000 to be used to further his education. Bernard will be attending Clemson University in the fall where he plans to pursue a degree in engineering.

The scholarship is based on academic achievement, service, a personal essay, and recommendations. Congratulations to Bernard and to Mr. and Mrs. Brown of the St. Stephen IGA for funding this scholarship.
