Macedonia Middle School’s Spring Concert will be on Thursday, May 1 at 7 p.m. and on Friday, May 2 at 1:30 p.m.
The band will consist of middle school students and the director is Becky Kirby. It will be held in the multi-purpose room. Try to come and see the band in action.
On Tuesday, May 6 to Friday, May 9, PASS testing will be taking place. Students should be present every day and get plenty of rest. Also the school will provide free, hot breakfast for all students on testing days.
Hickory Grove PH Church’s Mother/Daughter Banquet is set for May 3. The men’s club at Hood’s Chapel UM Church will be making breakfast for the ladies of the church on Mothers Day.
Victory Baptist Church will sell bagged lunches on Friday, May 2. The lunch will consist of a barbecue sandwich, slaw, chips, and a slice of cake. The cost is $6.
