American Heritage Girls Tea set for May 3

Troop SC1603 of the American Heritage Girls will be putting on a “She and Tea” on May 3 at 2 p.m. at Victory Baptist Church on 1126 Mail Route Road.

The cost is $10 a pair.

To register contact April Elswick and can make checks out to Victory Baptist and mail them to April Elswick at 1760 Bethera Road, Bonneau, SC 29431.

When mailing the check please include the name, phone number, e-mail address and the number of people attending.

The tea is for girls 5 to 18 years old and the special she in her life, grandma, mom, aunt, or whoever she may be. This is a nice event and they ask that they dress in their Sunday best. If anyone has any questions contact April at (843) 367-9659.



Welcome

Providence Baptist Church would like to welcome their new pastor, Dr. Keith Sharp and his wife, Leigh Ann. Also, their daughters Bagley and Georgia. They look forward to working with them in ministry at Providence. The community would also like to extend their welcome to Pastor Sharp and his family.



Special Time

On Fifth Sunday, March 30, Hood’s Chapel UM Church enjoyed a good time of singing, worship and dinner in the fellowship hall.

The family of Jackie Caddell wanted the church to celebrate in wishing Jackie a happy birthday. There were many of Jackie’s family, and it was a nice time of good food, fellowship, singing.



Bake Sale

Hood’s Chapel UM Church will be having a bake sale and also selling hot dogs, sloppy joes, chips and drinks on Saturday, April 12 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
