Beginning Monday, Berkeley County residents are able to dispose of storm debris via the following methods:
• Curbside: All yard debris must be stacked separately in (no more than) four-foot lengths. Please make sure not to mix this with other waste such as construction and demolition or household debris. Please note that the county will be working to clear right-of-ways first, so curbside pick-up might be delayed.
• Designated Sites: BCWS has designated the following sites for debris disposal ...
Old Berkeley County Landfill, 295 Mitton Road, Moncks Corner; Oakley Road Convenience Center, 606 Oakley Road, Moncks Corner; Poplar Hill Convenience Center, 1029 Poplar Hill Drive, Ridgeville; Ranger Drive, 2163 Ranger Drive, Cross; Pineville Convenience Center, 1818 S Hwy. 45 Pineville; Gravel Hill Convenience Center, 1025 Gravel Hill Road, Bonneau.
These sites will be open Monday-Sunday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. until further notice. Visit www.bcwsa.com or call (843) 572-4400 for more information.
