Summerville woman killed in Berkeley County accident

A 35-year-old Summerville woman was killed on Feb. 8 in an accident on Old Dairy Road in Berkeley County.

According to Berkeley County Coroner Bill Salisbury, Tiffany Williams of Summerville died after her car left the right side of the road and hit a culvert, Salisbury reported. The accident took place around 2:15 a.m. She was entrapped in her sedan and was extricated by emergency crews.

The accident was investigated by the Berkeley County Coronerís Office and the S.C. Highway Patrol.

Her death was ruled accidental with the cause of death as full body blunt force trauma, Salisbury said.
