Kindergarten students at Bonner Elementary School enjoyed a special Veteran’s Day visit from Col. David H. Ling who shared about the life of a solider.
He bought several items that soldiers use like canteens, combat boots and more. His visit covered the Social Studies curriculum topic of community helpers and the tools they use.
Students enjoyed hearing about a soldier’s life. Col. Ling is married to Bonner Kindergarten teacher Joyce Ling. They live in Jamestown.
