The Apple Gold Group, a franchisee of Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill and Bar, partnered with the Berkeley High School girls basketball team to raise over $1,100 at a recent Flapjack Fundraiser.

All proceeds will be used to purchase new gear for the team members.

“Our team members had a great time working with these local athletes to help raise funds for their season,” said Michael Olander, President and CEO of the Apple Gold Group. “Thank you to everyone who dined with us on Saturday and helped make this event a success.”

The fundraiser was held Oct. 26 at the Applebee’s restaurant in Moncks Corner. The organization sold 172 tickets throughout the community with an additional $54 in donations.
