A restaurant owner was having a late night cocktail at a neighboring bar when a drunk fellow came in and struck up a conversation. The two then began bickering about fishing. Then the drunk fellow moved his attention to a female employee. He began making sexually offensive comments toward this employee who ultimately tried to ignore him.
When he was asked to stop talking like that to the female employee or anyone else for that matter he began arguing again with anyone who would listen. He was asked to leave the bar, but refused. However a bouncer escorted him to the parking lot where he pulled out a pocket knife in an attempt to scare the bouncer. But the police had already been called.
The drunk fellow was not allowed to leave because he could not drive and he continuously denied doing anything wrong. However, he was arrested for disorderly conduct and taken to jail.
