A dedication ceremony was held Oct. 16 as St. Stephen Town Hall was renamed in honor of former Councilmember Mrs. Anne P. Keller. The building is now the Anne P. Keller Municipal Center.

Anne Poseskie Keller served her community as a teacher, educator, council member, public servant and church leader.

She served on Town Council from May 5, 1994 until her death on Nov. 18, 2012.

Her life was a testimony of community involvement and service.

Mrs. Anne’s son, Jim Keller, along with his wife, Kim unveiled the plaque, that reflects the lasting memorial during the building dedication ceremony. Many members of the community affectionately knew her as “Mrs. Anne.” She is missed by her family and many friends and will always be remembered as the loving and caring woman she was.
