The following incidents were obtained from Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office reports:
•On the evening of Oct. 13 a Lakewind Drive woman called deputies after a neighbor called her to say she witnessed subjects steal her pumpkin off her front porch. The victim said her fiancé talked to the suspects and discovered the pumpkin was smashed in the road. He told them they had to pay for it or bring him a new pumpkin.
•Shortly after midnight on Oct. 12 a vehicle at the Dollar General on South Live Oak Drive pulled out of a parking space and hit a shopping cart causing about $100 worth of damage. An employee noticed the incident on surveillance video and called deputies before 1 a.m. The vehicle appeared to be an older model black Cadillac.
•At about 1:30 p.m. on Oct. 11 a Bonneau woman reported a criminal domestic violence incident. She said after an argument with her husband she tried to leave but he pulled out pistol and placed on the table next to him and said if she left he would shoot her and anyone assisting her. When deputies arrived the subject was gone. Deputies informed the victim of her rights and services available. Deputies waited until she gathered her belongings and went to another address. The report indicates a CDV warrant would be obtained for the subject.
