Magnolia Plantation and Garden’s executive director Tom Johnson will lead a tree identification walk at Magnolia on Oct. 15. The tree walk will begin at 5:30 p.m. followed by a catered supper in The Carriage House and a lecture by David Grant of Natural Directions Tree Care.
Clemson Extension agents Derrick Phinney and Amy Dabbs will discuss insect and disease problems common in Lowcountry trees. Pre-registration is required by Oct. 11. The registration includes dinner and educational materials.
