Dorothy “Nita” Hunter Woods of Moncks Corner died on Monday, Sept. 23, 2013 in a North Charleston hospital. She was 76.
Surviving are her husband of 57 years, Robert Irvin “Woody” Woods; two daughters, Terri W. Christensen and her husband, David, of Bonneau, and Susie W. Barnett and her husband, Gene, of Alvin; a son, John Forrest Woods and his wife, Kathy, of Summerville; eight grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
