Ralph J. Foster

Ralph J. Foster of Moncks Corner, a retired electronic supervisor for Shop 67 at the Charleston Naval Shipyard, died on Thursday morning, September 5, 2013 at his residence. He was 88.
Surviving are his wife, Louise Beasley Foster; a daughter, Peggy Ward and her husband, Herbert Jr., of Moncks Corner; two sons, Barry Foster and his wife, Ruthann, of Moncks Corner, and Dale Foster and his wife, Beverly, of Ladson; three sisters, Myrtle Arrowood of Hiawassee, GA, Jewell Palcak of Atlanta, GA, and Darlene Stark of Omaha, NE; a brother, J.L. Foster of Hiawassee, GA; two grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and two beloved coon dogs, Blade and Bonnie.
