Harristown revival set for Sept. 22-28
Harristown Full Gospel Holiness Church (2211 Harristown Road in St. Stephen) will host its annual "Homecoming Revival" from Sept. 22 to 28 at 7:30 p.m. nightly.  
Services will culminate on the Sept. 29with "The Pierce Choir.”
Dinner will be served after worship service. Everyone is invited to attend. For more information, contact Pastor Donald Gaskins at (843) 567-3837 or the church at (843) 567-2951. 
The church is located just around the curve past Timberland High School. The assistant pastor is Bro. John Humbert.
Rezoning meeting
Anyone concerned about the Martin Marietta request to rezone 395 acres of land to at the Quarry in Jamestown is invited to attend a Concerned Citizens Meeting on Thursday, Sept. 5 at 7 p.m. at New Mt. Zion AME Church. The address is 1553 French Santee Road, Jamestown.

Sept. 9 at 6:30 p.m., Berkeley County Land Use Committee, Recommendation and Second Reading.
Sept. 23 at 6:30 p.m., Berkeley County Council, Second Reading  (Public input allowed).
Oct 14 at 6:30 p.m., Land Use Committee, Recommendation and Third Reading.
Oct 28 at 6:30 p.m., Berkeley County Council ,Public Hearing, Third Reading (Public input allowed).
