The City of Goose Creek will wrap up the summer season with a free outdoor movie on Saturday, Sept. 7 behind the Marguerite H. Brown Municipal Center.
Bring your blanket or lawn chairs and relax under the sky while enjoying the Disney movie “Wreck It Ralph” on a giant inflatable movie screen beginning around 8 p.m.
Concessions including hamburgers, hot dogs, popcorn, chips and drinks will be available for sale at the event.
Wreck-It Ralph brings video games to life in a way that appeals to both kids and adults. Ralph is the “bad guy” in the game “Fix-It Felix Jr.”
Tired of being unappreciated, Ralph decides to leave his game and enter other games in search for a prized medal that he thinks will make him loved. In the process, he meets a little girl whose problems are worse than his.
Eventually, Ralph learns to be selfless. He also learns what it means to be a true friend. The movie is rated PG.
Admission is free. No coolers or pets are allowed.
