Southern Drag Racing Association (SDRA) members recently held a successful fundraiser club car wash on July 27 at the Auto Zone in Goose Creek. The “Show and Wash” car wash was fun for all, and members had their race cars and trucks on display.
There will be a Young Gardener’s Workshop on Aug. 9 from 3 until 3:45 p.m. by the Berkeley County Library System located at the Daniel Island Branch for ages 4 to 8.
Join local author Vijaya Bodach and learn about plants, how to build a sunflower house, and how to plant a pizza garden. Come listen, learn, look, and touch.
Light refreshments will be provided.
Happy Birthday to Willie Gamble, Michael Nix, Jule Spencer, Madison Wadford, Judy Weise and Johnnie Welch.
