What’s for supper?

  • Tuesday, July 30, 2013

Bill Walker of Sullivan’s Island recently caught this one pound 12 ounce pompano in the surf. The fish hit a finger-nail sized piece of fresh shrimp. Walker stuffed the pompano with crabmeat, baked it in the oven, and he and his wife ate it for supper, washing down their repast with chilled Sauvignon Blanc. PROVIDED BY LIBBY WALKER
