Police were called to Coleman Boulevard due to a two car collision. An officer made contact with the driver at fault and found him sitting in his vehicle with a puddle of vomit on the ground beside him. He looked at the cop and said, “I’ve had too much to drink.”
He was asked to get out of the car and perform some sobriety tests and as he did, he used the car for support.
He was asked how much alcohol he consumed and he said “three short mugs.”
He was unable to perform the tasks successfully and was charged with DUI. He blew a .14 percent on the Breathalyzer.
