Rezoning issue continues as residents attend meeting
The Community Meeting regarding the Martin Marietta Mine Expansion was held on Thursday, July 18 at the Quarry in Jamestown.
The Berkeley County Planning Commission plans to again take up the matter of the request for rezoning for the quarry property at its next regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, July 23 beginning at 6 p.m. in the Assembly Room in Moncks Corner. The final decision for rezoning is made by County Council.
