Congratulations and best wishes to local angler Patrick Crawford, who is successfully competing on the TV show “Top Hooker.” 
Patrick can be seen in the fishing competitions on Sundays at 10 p.m. on Animal Planet.  The show consists of eight fishing competitions. 
Patrick has made it successfully through six out of eight competitions as of July 7.  Check your television guide for dates for the last two episodes to air.  Join the fun as we watch to see who wins the title of Top Hooker and the prizes. 
 
Reading Fun
 
Does your child love stories?  Do they love to sing and dance?  Join the staff at the St. Stephen Library for a story time on Tuesdays at 10:30 a.m. The theme is “Dig into Reading.”
A Workshop for Young Gardeners with local author Vijaya Bodach will be on Friday Aug. 9 from 3 to 3:45 p.m. at the Daniel Island Library. The workshop is for ages 4 to 8 and there will be light refreshments.

Stuff the Bus
 
The Berkeley County Library System needs your help to support Berkeley County children. 
Berkeley County Libraries are official drop-off locations for Stuff the Bus Berkeley, a community drive for school supplies.  Bring by your donations through July 25.
