Several weeks ago I wrote an article about the Berkeley County Library’s plan to bring back the Bookmobile.
The Bookmobile will feature more than books … it will have computers with Internet access, music and movies.
The library will mainly be targeting the rural areas in Berkeley County, helping families and children who want to learn. There are still a lot of people out in rural areas that don't have Internet or are able to make trips to the library.
Since the mobile will be more than books it needs a new name. The library is having a naming contest that will continue until Aug. 15.
A prize will be given to the winner.
There are three ways to enter. Drop off your entry at any library location; enter it by e-mail at www.yourlibraryvoice.com; or mail it to  Berkeley County Library,100 Library Street, Moncks Corner, SC 29461.
Also, the library is in need of knowing location sites in the communities where they can come. Maybe there is a recreation building or a church that can be a site for your area. Please call 719-4243 with suggestions.
