The Citadel men’s basketball coach Chuck Driesell has hired Justin Argenal as an assistant coach and Zavier Anderson as director of basketball operations.

The school announced the additions Monday.

Argenal spent the last two seasons on the Louisiana Tech staff. He takes over for Quinton Ferrell, who accepted an assistant’s job at Army. Argenal was also with The Citadel as director of basketball operations during the 2011 season. Before that, he was a graduate assistant at Mississippi.

Anderson played basketball at Clemson and worked for the past two years as a graduate assistant at Virginia Commonwealth. He replaces Pat Rogers, who went to Notre Dame as video coordinator.
