Public’s help needed in case of possible homicide

An investigation is continuing after a body was found near a road in the Francis Marion National Forest last week.
According to Berkeley County Coroner Bill Salisbury, a man and his wife were traveling down Bonneau Road on June 2 when they found a body at about 3:30 p.m. on the side of the road, according to Salisbury. The body has been identified as Artie Bradley, 79, of Moncks Corner.
The Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the case.
According to friends and family Bradley was last seen on Friday, May 31, the BCSO statement says.
