Women of Excellence Conference June 29
There will be a Women of Excellence Conference on June 29 at the Answer Place Ministries, located on 1253 Long Acre Drive off Hwy. 17-A beside Canady Branch Road.
The conference will start with registration at 8 a.m. and begin at 9.
The goals is to help equip attendees to become the “Women of Excellence” God has designed you to be.

There is a $30 registration fee if registered by June 24 and a $40 fee at the door. This includes a catered lunch. If you want a registration form call and one will be mailed to you.
Church Events
• Providence Baptist Church, June 10 to June 14: Youth “SummerSalt” 2013, White Oak; June 17 to June 21, Camp LaVida; June 23-28 VBS 6 to 8:30p.m. with "Family Night" on Friday, June 28.
• Hood's Chapel UM Church will be having VBS June 24-28 from 6 to 8 p.m. for children ages four to teens. The theme is Kingdom Chronicles.  
On Sunday, June 30 Commencement and family time will be incorporated with the fifth Sunday Praise and Worship. Worship time will be at 11 a.m.
After worship and commencement program a covered dish meal will be served in the Fellowship Hall.
Field Day
The week of May 13 saw the students at Macedonia Middle School participate in Field Day. Each homeroom chose a country to represent. They studied the country and made flags for their team to replicate the Olympics.
Students and staff had a great time.
