  Ruth Hazel Fuller, 83, of Summerville, SC, formerly of Ladson, SC, widow of William H. Fuller, Jr., died Thursday, June 6, 2013 at Trident Medical Center.
  Funeral services will be held at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church Chapel in Summerville, Thursday morning, June 13, 2013 at 10 o’clock. Burial will be held at Dorchester Memory Gardens.  Friends may call at Parks Funeral Home Wednesday evening from 6:30 – 8 o’clock.
  Mrs. Fuller was born November 30, 1929 in Pittsburgh, PA, a daughter of Raymond D. Anderson and Bessie M. Thompson Anderson. She was a Korean War veteran serving as a Wave in the US Navy. She was a homemaker and a longtime member of St. Luke’s Lutheran Church where she was a children’s Sunday School teacher. Mrs. Fuller was also a volunteer for 25 years at Trident Hospital, and a member of Old Fort Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary.
  Survivors include two daughters, Karen M. Story and her husband Craig Story of N. Charleston, and Margaret F. Ratliff and her husband Matt Ratliff of Goose Creek; one son, William “Bill” Fuller of Summerville; two brothers, Robert S. Anderson of Orange, CA, and William R. Anderson of Edgewood, MD; one sister, Jeanette L. Giese of Silver City, NM; three grandchildren, Renee Gunter, Jonathan Ratliff, and Katie Ratliff; two great-grandchildren, Kaden Shaw, and Logan Shaw, and several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
