The Harvey-Bishop Award for the SJCA student athlete who has overcome adversity was given to Evan Hammond, who helped lead the Cavaliers to the SCISA state title game after the sudden death of his father.
The Denise C. McWhorter Christian Service Award was given to Bobby Winters.
Softball player Sarah Ham was named the SCISA Region III Player of the Year and selected to the SCISA All-State Team for the second time in her five-year scholastic career.
