Plott to appear at Providence Baptist
Keith Plott, will be at Providence Baptist Church on Sunday, April 7, to sing and lead the service.
Keith is engaged in a solo career. He has sung bass for groups such as Danny Funderburk and Mercy's Way, and Brian Free and Assurance. Keith has to his credit multiple Southern Gospel Music Fanfare Awards and a Southern Gospel Music Association Dove Award.
He received the Arkansas Traveler from the Governor and the Kentucky Colonel Award. He has performed at the Grand Ole Opry and The National Quartet Convention.
Keith is well known for his wide range and smooth style. His mentors include George Younce, Tim Riley and Kenny Hinson.
Keith makes his home in Conway with his wife Bobbie. They are members of Grand Strand Baptist Church.
Keith loves spending time with his family, spoiling his beautiful granddaughters, going fishing, and seeing souls come to know the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
Providence is very happy and excited about the upcoming performance.
A community wide revival is planned for April 22–24 at 7 p.m. nightly. The revival will be at Oak Grove PH Church. Everyone in the community is invited.
The Macedonia Action Projects Annual Spring Tea will be on Saturday, May 18 from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Oak Grove Family Life Worship Center. The theme is Afternoon Tea and Fashions with Mrs. Glenda Shank as coordinator in charge of the show. Clothes from the Dress Barn in Summerville will be featured.
Door prizes will be given between showings. If anyone is interested in reserving a table call Faye at 565-3920.
Hood's Chapel UM Church has planned Vacation Bible School nightly for the week of June 24 to June 29. The family program will be on Saturday, June 29. All community children are invited to attend.
