The Timberland softball team dedicated its March 6 game against Berkeley to Relay for Life.
Everyone wore pink at the game, and $396.60 was raised for Relay for Life.
This brings THS’s total of donations to Relay for Life to $2,714.22, which surpassed the goal of $2,000.
HOSA and Mrs. Lori Cox are still collecting money for luminary bags. If you are interested in a luminary, please contact Mrs. Cox. They are $10 each and will be decorated by a HOSA or health science student to your specification.
The bag will be placed with a candle inside and lit on the night of April 26 at the Relay for Life Event at the Berkeley High School football field. The name you put on the bag (in honor or memory of) will be read aloud at 10 p.m.
