Celebration

Twin sisters, bloggers and filmmakers Rhonda and Sharee Washington of Columbia were among the media elites at the 85th Annual Oscars Red Carpet in Los Angeles on Feb. 24, and were also in attendance at the Uptown Magazine Pre-Oscar Party on Feb. 21.
These nieces of Rebecca Eleazer of St. Stephen, during the past three years have written, directed, and produced four short films. They recently caught the attention of Stephanie Fredric, Executive Producer of FGW Productions, in Los Angeles, who invited them to cover some of their highest profile events to date.
We are truly excited for these your ladies and their proud families. We continue to hear of the wonderful things being accomplished by the gifted individuals of our Berkeley County communities.†
It is our pleasure to congratulate these young ladies on their accomplishments and wish them continued success.
