City seeks to fill ARB vacancy

The City of Goose Creek is seeking to fill a vacancy on the Architectural Review Board (ARB). 
The ARB is a volunteer board appointed by the Mayor and City Council. The board meets on the third Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. to review applications for new commercial development as well as architectural and exterior changes to commercial properties within the city. 
Board members must reside within the City of Goose Creek. 
Requirements include having a general knowledge of the city, the ability to make independent judgments, and the commitment to prepare for and attend the meetings.  Additionally, knowledge of architectural design, landscape design, and/or urban design is preferred.
