Senate Film Bill S.163 successfully passed a Senate subcommittee late Wednesday afternoon. The bill was introduced by Sen. Paul Campbell. The bill now goes to the full Senate Finance Committee. From left are Carolina Film Alliance President Richard Futch, Campbell, and CFA Vice President Linda Lee.
