James Kirk Polk of Moncks Corner, an employee of the Moncks Corner United Methodist Church, died Thursday morning, Feb. 7, 2013 at a Moncks Corner hospital. He was 35.
Surviving are his parents, James A. "Jim" Polk and Patricia R. Polk of Moncks Corner; a sister, Susan E. Polk of Moncks Corner; a special aunt and uncle, Sandra and Phillip Polk; and many other aunts, uncles and cousins.
