Palmetto Primary Care Physicians expands services

Local physicians group, Palmetto Primary Care Physicians, has announced the expansion of medical services at its Springhall office, located at 110-A Springhall Drive in Goose Creek, with the addition of Family Nurse Practioner Cheryl Irwin.
Irwin is a recent graduate of the Masters of Science in Nursing program at the University of South Carolina and is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner.  Her extensive medical background includes eight years of Intensive Care Unit experience.
She leaves a position in the Medical/Surgical Intensive Care Unit at the Medical University of South Carolina where she has been employed since 2008 to practice alongside Patricia Campbell, MD and William Tucker, MD.  In 2009, she earned the prestigious MSICU Nurse of the Year Award.
