Faithful Forever to offer grief support group
Faithful Forever, the pet cremation division of McAlister –Smith Funeral Home, is offering a pet loss grief support group for pet parents on Feb. 19.
Pet Parents who have recently lost a beloved pet can come together in a supportive environment to discuss the issues of grief, mourning and pet loss. The support group will be facilitated by a licensed professional counselor. Staff at McAlister-Smith Funeral Home understand the loss of a pet and believe that pets are part of the family. They want to help pet parents move “through” their grief; not just “get over it”.
