Boulder Bluff Teacher of the Year

 Boulder Bluff Elementary School has selected Kindergarten teacher Noreen Stackhouse as its 2013 Teacher of the Year. She has been teaching for 16 years, the last six at Boulder Bluff. She attended Elmira College in New York, and previously taught at Daniel Island Academy and Oakland Elementary School. Above, Stackhouse is pictured with her class.
