Eleanor H. Fletcher

Eleanor Horton Fletcher of Moncks Corner, a retired assistant tax collector for Berkeley County, died Tuesday morning, Dec. 4, 2012 in a local nursing facility. She was 89.
Surviving are a daughter, Anne F. Dyar of Orangeburg; two sons, William A. "Billy" Fletcher Jr. and his wife, Margaret, of Pinopolis, and Timothy R. Fletcher and his wife, Pam, of Sangaree; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
