James Mitchell "Mitch" Lanier, an attorney in Moncks Corner, died Saturday evening at a local hospital. He was 65.
Surviving are his devoted wife of 37 years, Judith Singletary Lanier; his son (and best bud) James M. Lanier Jr. and wife, Kristen; his grandson, James Mitchell Lanier III; his parents-in-law, Judge and Mrs. Clarence E. Singletary; and his sister-in-law, Kathryn H.J. Singletary.
