AAA Summerville was awarded both the first annual Synergy Award and the AAA Insurance SC Office of the Year at AAA Carolinas’ SuperBowl of Knowledge, held earlier this month.
The Synergy Award recognized AAA Summerville above all other AAA Carolinas locations for creating a culture of synergy by encouraging collaboration among insurance, travel and car care employees to provide the best possible experience to customers. The Insurance SC Office of the Year award recognized AAA Summerville as the branch with the highest increase in policies, memberships and survey responses among the 13 AAA Insurance offices in South Carolina.
“We are grateful for the recognition of our teamwork,” said Lori Jo Simmons, branch manager at AAA Summerville. “Our goal is to build a rapport with the Summerville community, to be a resource of value, safety and total peace of mind in all things related to automotive, travel and insurance.”
AAA Carolinas, an affiliate of the American Automobile Association, was founded in 1922 as a not-for-profit organization that now serves more than 1.8 million members and the public with travel, automobile and insurance services and is an advocate for the safety and security of all travelers.
