Macedonia Fire Department has new chief

Wayne Wells is the new chief of the Macedonia Fire Department. Wells replaces Chris Mills, who left the position in June.

The fire department is collecting new pairs of flipflops for U.S. soldiers. Firefighters have collected over a 1,000 pairs and have sent some packages of them to soldiers.

If you would like to donate  some you can drop them off at the fire department.

 

Church Celebration

Oak Grove PH Church will celebrate Grandparent's Day on Sunday, Aug. 12 at 10 a.m. The McCutchen Family will be the special singers for the day.

Dinner will be served immediately following the morning service in the Family Life Worship Center.

 

Youth Revival

Oak Grove PH Church Youth Revival will be on Aug. 5 – 8. Sunday night’s service begins at 6 p.m.; Monday through Wednesday services will begin at 7 p.m.

Oak Grove invites all youth and adults to attend as the Rev. Shep Stone brings the message each night.
