BHSABC says thanks

  • Tuesday, May 22, 2012

Dear Editor:

On behalf of the Berkeley High School Academic Booster Club (BHSABC), I would like to personally thank everyone who participated in our third annual golf tournament.  I would also like to thank those who helped make this tournament possible – ABC members, cooks, and volunteers.  We could not have done this without your help.
The academic booster club exists to encourage students to make better grades.  We do this by offering incentives. We use almost all the golf tournament profits to provide scholarships for needy students at Berkeley High School.
The following individuals or business provided prizes or were hole sponsors:  Santee Cooper Credit Union, L.P. Photo, Berkeley Paper Company, S.S.A. Cooper, Hill Tire Center, Holiday Inn Express, Farm Bureau, Lebanon Quick Stop, Delta Pharmacy, Moncks Corner Cleaners, Monar Inc. (David Clontz), Dempseys Auto Sales, Manley Law Firm, Williams and Hulst Law Firm, Chad Sweatman, C.P.A., Dial-Murray Funeral Home, Farmers and Merchants Bank, Rebel Capital Advisors, Justines Kitchen, Walmart, Central True Value Hardware, J. W. Aluminum, Santee Cooper, Charleston Crab House, Old South Carriage Co., Palmetto Carriage Works, Ghost and Graveyards Tour, Birds-I-View Gallery, Ashridge Inc., Piggly Wiggly (Moncks Corner) and Music Man Barbecue.
To all of the above mentioned, we thank you very much for your support.  We could not have done this without your help.  Hopefully, I included everyone – if I did not I apologize, and as always SHOP MONCKS CORNER.
