Dear Editor,

On Saturday March 31, we had a break-in at our business Living Tees in Santee Circle. Both of our computers, printers, modem and lots of shirts were taken.

By Tuesday, April 3, our computers and most of the other property were returned, and by Friday, April 6, both suspects were in jail.

I wanted to thank everyone involved for helping us during this stressful time. One is our paper carrier in that area. He was he first person who notified the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office. Also thanks to our neighbor who gave evidence to the BCSD deputy, which helped lead to the suspect's arrest.

Thank you to Officers Morgan, Smalls, Jenkins and Boyd who worked the crime scene, talked to neighbors and recovered some of our property.

Also, thank you to Detective John Peters who quickly recovered our property and arrested the suspects.

We were very fortunate to have so much help from the civilians and the talents of the BCSD on our case. We can never really thank you enough.
