Fun with the Rockets

On March 15 St. John’s Christian Academy hosted the funny and talented Harlem Rockets. We had a very large turnout and our athletic department is very grateful for the support received. 
The Rockets dazzled the crowd with high-flying dunks and spectacular moves. The Rockets also sported probably the tallest guy most people have seen! “Tiny” stood at seven feet, five inches! He not only was a great ball player but he was also quite the dancer. Our own Mayor of Moncks Corner tried his best on the opening tip off against Tiny but he just could not quite measure up to the stature of his opponent. 
St. John’s is very thankful for the Harlem Rockets and we hope everyone who came out enjoyed a night of comedy, dancing, and a great show of athleticism. We also would like to thank the Cavalier Dream Team for playing their best and providing good competition for the Rockets! 
We hope to see the Rockets again next year and enjoy another night of fun, family time!
